Our Staff

The Director: John Tacha A former high school coach and teacher, owner and director John Tacha has led the Bureau for more than thirty years. Under his direction, the Bureau - headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas - will provide over 6000 shows in more than 40 States and Canada during this current 2007-08 school year. John also does all the routing and scheduling for our performers, and most importantly, finds the great people each year that do the assemblies.

Sales Manager: Barbara Wood Barb Wood, a fifteen-year veteran, contacts principals and other key school personnel, selling assembly programs across the country. She believes in what she is selling and over the years she has become familiar with her customers and what they are looking for in assemblies.

Office Manager: Terry Lyman With twelve years of experience at the Bureau, Terry Lyman is in charge of data entry, accounts receivable and many other office functions. She sends our schools their confirmations, announcement letters and invoices and also makes sure our performers have their schedules and proper information on the schools.

Account Representative: Andrea (Andy) Thibodo Andy Thibodo, an enthusiastic individual, has also been with the Bureau for twelve years contacting schools on upcoming assemblies, selling, scheduling dates and times, and providing promotional materials to our customers. She also handles many different functions to keep our office running smoothly.

Account Representative: Mary Holdredge Also a twelve-year veteran with the Bureau, Mary Holdredge makes sales calls, provides scheduling information to our performers and schools and most importantly helps our customers when they call. Mary also handles account collections, public relations, and mailings.
