We have been providing programs to schools in the U.S. and Canada for over 100 years. This year we will provide more than 5,500 programs to over 3,000 schools.
You are NOT obligated for any of the programs you express an interest in UNTIL satisfactory dates have been approved by your school.
In case of inclement weather, please call our 800 number if your school is going to be closed. We are very good about rescheduling missed shows for you.
We would like to have your reservations for next year's programs in our hands by late May. Assigned dates are sent out for your approval in early June.
If you need back to back programs, call us and we will give you price breaks. Don't forget that we will give you a 10% discount if you prepay by July 31, 2008.
Most of our performers prefer an audience of 350 students per show, with the exception of our Chinese Acrobats and our African Acrobats, who can handle much larger groups.
All of our shows should be 45 minutes in length with a set-up time of 15-30 minutes. The performers do 2-3 shows each day, so having your students ready at the appointed show time is really important.
If your school needs proof of insurance, let us know and we will have our insurance company fax you that information.
Our prices are totally inclusive - no travel expenses. We try to schedule the shows in such a logical manner that we can offer them for the low prices that you see.
