Veteran assembly performer, Greg Kaler, combines those messages with fast paced and unique creative sports. This is a great new approach to getting fit and having fun doing it!

There is catchy CD music with this show as well as much audience participation. Every volunteer is a star! The audience will be left feeling informed and inspired.
